The need for our parents exist for the rest of our lives. No matter how old I am whenever I am going through something I always want to call my mother, even though I lost my dad at a young age, whenever experiencing a situation with the opposite sex, it's like "ooh if my dad was here!!"
We always feel the need to be protected by our parents. The little girl in me is always waiting to come out, whether its on the swing in the park, bikeriding, the ferris wheel, dressing up like my mother or simply just playing around.
As a child we were thought to listen otherwise there are consequences, as an adult we have to follow the same rules and when we do not there are consequences.
